Melting

Melting

Melting is one of the beginning prominent process of the casting. The advantage of the induction furnace is a clean, energy-efficient and well-controllable melting process compared to most other means of metal melting. Metal composition is tested by Spectro and Pyrometer is used measure temperature of molten metal before pouring.

This furnace facilitates pouring without long periods of interruption.Material added during the melting process to bring the final chemistry within a specific range by industry and/or internal standards process is carried out as per Customer requirements.


Centrifugal Process

Centrifugal casting process is a casting technique that is typically used to cast Cylinder Liners.The required shape of the liner is achieved with particular die.The centrifugal casting process is so essential for liners and sleeves because it provides very dense structure, ultimately increase the life of liner and performance of the engine.

Shell molding, is an expendable mold casting process that uses a resin covered sand to form the mould. The centrifugal casting process is so essential for liners and sleeves because it provides very dense structure, ultimately increase the life of liner and performance of the engine.

Our casting process ensures minimum structural variations, dimensional accuracy, concentricity and stability, thereby complying to any International Standards of Casting.


Boring

Boring is the process which gives the final look of inner diameter.boring machines are used for final boring. This machining process provides an accuracy of 0.010 in ID.Which is fully computerized control machine. We also use special purpose boring machine. Which maintains dimension accuracy, taper, ovality and surface finish.

CNC Machines

CNC Machines

CNC Machinery is deployed along with other machines for Machining. We perform outer diameter of liner on CNC machine, which is computerized machine, gives high accuracy in dimensional parameters, surface roughness parameters and geometrical parameters.

Wall thickness variations can be avoided in this. Productivity and accuracy is higher than the conventional lathes. The product can be directly machined in CNC after this operation.


Grinding

Our center less OD grinding process guarantees a part of perfectly round to exact size specifications. We have two type of grinding process center less grinding and cylindrical grinding.

Grinding is done on center less grinders where all the collars of liners are grinned simultaneously to parallelism on all the diameters to a minimum and also ovality to a minimum.

Honing

Honing Process is to achieve required quality parameters like surface finish Ra, Rt, Rmax, R3z, Rp, MR1, MR2 etc. with process control indicators like Cp/Cpk. Honing is the process where required hex pattern can be maintained in finish inner diameter.

Honing is another removal mechanism developed by us that avoids sliding stresses during the engine running-in period. Highly qualified Engineers are maintain this state-of-the-art plant, to produce the best products.
